kia ora!
yeah, not really sure what that means exactly but it's some sort of greeting.
so it is midafternoon and i have already worked three hours, talked with my lovely parents on the phone, and ate a monstrous smorgasborg sandwich for lunch....mmmm. so it's been a good day so far.
just before i came to the computer i noticed one of our cute little lambs... under the stairway. it wasn't long before i noticed his brother in there with him. i thought to myself, how cute! then i realized that they were in the house but didn't seem scared or lost. then i noticed margaret the sheep's beastly haunches poking out from behind her lambs. she had managed to find the sheep treats and was blithely helping herself. she wouldn't be moved as i pulled on her bum, so i went around through the little outside door on the other end of the food. i lunged for her, crushing the beloved sheep treats and perhaps a loaf of bread under my feet as i went. she beat a hasty retreat into the living room, where i shoved her out the open door. i thought i had closed all the doors (an unusual thing to do) when i heard yet another bumbling gait in the living room. this time aussie, with her two lambs, decided to check the place out. no patience this time, i flipped out and started running toward her, hollering all the way. she was easily convinced to hightail it back outside, her offspring beside her. i hope none of the sheep left any particular remnants, since that is what janosche has been using as his bedroom.... oh well, what he doesn't know can't hurt him, so i never said anything. teehee.
anyway, i think it's time to go out and enjoy the lovely day we're having
hope everyone is wonderful (particularly steph's mom;) i love your emails and updates!
love to you all!

I am sooo jealous!
My goodladywife Alice told me that you were off in Kiwiland...
La Di Da!

It sounds and appears as though your idyllic setting is right out of a postcard...and it's Spring!!!

I understand that there are 12 sheep per person in New Zealand..not baaaaad!

I have a few blogger buddies from Australia and I actually just saw some beautiful pics of Aukland from a gal who was at a week long wedding in Kiwiland.

Anyway congratulations on being somewhere else! Take good care of yourself..LOVE the pics!

Becki, my dear friend!!! I'm a horrible person... this is the first time I've been on your blogging site... but it's not because I don't love you!! If I don't do something right away, I tend to forget. I'M SORRY!!!!! I will definitely visit your page much more!!! Your stories are wonderful, you are so freakin entertaining... it sounds like you are having a good time out there! Are you homesick at all? Oh, I agree with you... sheep are cute, but definitely not so hot in the intellect category! Reading your posts made me miss you :( I am getting very excited for the big day (one month and 6 days away!) but at the same time it is weird thinking of how things will be changing very soon... I wish you were around so we could get together and have some coffee and have one of our wonderful talks. Well, I should go wash some dishes... they're making my kitchen smell. I love you Becki, and I'm so excited for you and your adventures!!!
Love always,
Sarbear

Hello Becki
I asked Krystel about you the other day and she gave me your blog site.
I have to tell you that you are one of the funniest and most entertaining people I know. Your blog site reads like a book. It's great. I'm glad you're having such a great time, the pictures are amazing. Sounds interesting with all the sheep and the big, big cat. Keep on having fun. Becki you are such a fun person so I'm sure that everyone there already loves you too.
I'm praying for you and I do miss you too.
God's blessings on you and may He always keep you safe.
Love Krystel's mom
Delma
